Booking & Payment
How do I book The Smile Experience?
To secure your date, a signed agreement and deposit are required. Once both are received, your event is officially confirmed.
Is the deposit refundable?
All deposits are non-refundable, as we reserve your date and begin preparing for your experience.
When is the final balance due?
The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to your event.
Can I add additional time or service later?
Yes. Enhancements and additional time can be added based on availability.
Experience & Customization
What type of experiences do you offer?
We offer digital photo experiences, print photo experiences, roaming activations, and immersive 360 video experiences designed to engage your guests and elevate your event.
Do you offer custom graphics?
Clients may choose from a curated selection of templates with text customization included. Fully custom designs are available for an additional fee.
Can the experience be branded for corporate events?
Absolutely. We offer a range of branding options including overlays, start screens, and sharing experiences tailored to your event. For a more immersive presentation, our equipment can also be fully wrapped in your branding, ensuring a seamless and visually cohesive experience from start to finish.

How much space do you need?

How early do you arrive for setup?
We typically arrive 1 to 2 hours prior to your event start time to ensure everything is ready.
Do you require power?
Yes, a standard electrical outlet within close proximity is required.
Do you provide an attendant?
Most experiences include a professional attendant to assist guests and ensure a seamless experience. Drop-off options are also available for select experiences.
Travel & Logistics
Do you travel outside of the Richmond area?
Yes, we serve clients throughout Virginia and beyond, including Charlottesville, Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, and the Hampton Roads area.
Are there travel feels?
Travel may be included within a certain radius. For events outside of that area, a travel fee may apply based on distance and logistics.
After the Event
How do guests receive their photos or videos?
Guests receive their photos or videos instantly after capturing them, with no need to wait until after the event. Content can be shared on the spot via text, email, or QR code for immediate access.
Will I receive all of the photos and videos?
Yes. After your event, you will receive access to a full digital gallery of all captured content.
How long does it take to receive the gallery?
Galleries are typically delivered within 48 hours after your event.
